Sylvia Garcia Villarreal

Sylvia Garcia, 65, of Moorhead, MN, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in Eventide on Eighth, Moorhead. 

Sylvia Garcia Villarreal was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois later becoming a resident of Minnesota. She was a loving mother to Martin, Salvador, Daniel, David, and Sylvia (Rafael). And proud grandmother to 17 grandchildren. 

Sylvia had the gift of gab and always met new people wherever she went. She was supportive and always encouraged her grandchildren “ to have faith.”

She enjoyed watching football and was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears. 

She will be remembered for her zest for life, her love of celebrating, and being the life of the party! She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
