Patricia L. Rausch

Patricia L. Rausch, 92, of Orange, CA, formerly of Moorhead, MN, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born to Julian and Charlotte, Patricia began her life in the quiet Midwest town of Moorhead. She later worked at the FM Hotel across the river in Fargo where she met Dean Rausch. The two fell in love and they were soon married. They started their marriage by relocating to California, where she would spend the majority of her life.

She dedicated many years of her professional career as a statistical secretary and office manager, working for several national CPA firms where she was known for her diligence, analytical skills, and reliability. After retiring, she continued to give back to her community through volunteer work with over 12 years at Western Medical Center in Santa Ana and with the City of Orange Police Department. Her generosity and commitment to helping others left a lasting impact on those she served.

Above all, she was devoted to her family. She was a loving mother, always finding ways to spend time with her children, taking them to the beach, and making their birthdays feel special. She was also an avid cat lover, especially to her most recent cat, Miss Kitty.

She was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Dean, her son, Mark, her grandson, Jesse and her brother Bruce.

She is survived by her six children, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, who will carry her memory forward with love.

She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family and community. She will be deeply missed.
