Jose “Joey” Reyes, 45, of Moorhead, MN, died, Friday, May 13, 2022, in Sanford on Broadway, Fargo, ND.
Jose Reyes was born June 30, 1976, the son of Cecilio and Angelita (Gonzales) Reyes, Sr., in Moorhead, MN. He was raised in Moorhead and attended Moorhead High School. After high school, Jose worked in the farm fields on a seasonal basis. He made his home in Fargo/Moorhead and worked construction for many years.
He enjoyed MMA fighting, spending time at the lake and grilling.
He is survived by his children, Amber, Jordan, Joey, Jr., Tommy and Alex; mother, Angelita Reyes; brothers, Cecilio, Jr., Rueben and Alfredo; sisters, Elvia and Esmeralda; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Cecilio, Sr.
Visitation will be one hour prior to Joey's service.
A Funeral Service for Joey will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 19, 2022, in St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Moorhead. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Moorhead.
