Jeffrey Otis Norman passed away peacefully on June 19 at Lilac Homes in Moorhead, MN following a long illness.

Jeff was born in Roseau, Mn to LaMae and Laverne Norman. Jeff attended school in Stephen and Warren, MN and graduated from Warren High School in 1972.

Jeff was an avid sports fan, loved nature, a proud Minnesotan and a loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews.

Left to mourn his passing is his mother, LaMae Norman; sisters Gail Vesey, Leslie (Neil) Widner; brothers John (Terri) Norman, Robert (Lyn) Norman. He was proceeded in death by his father Laverne Norman and his brother-in-law Dennis Vesey.
