DoLores H. Lague

DoLores Lague, 93, Moorhead, MN, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Eventide Fargo, Fargo, ND, surrounded by her loving family.

Dolores was born on November 7, 1932, to Hobert and Hortense (Bower) Richardson. She was united in marriage on December 2, 1950, to Leo Lague. They shared a devoted life together until his death in 2015. Together they made their home and business in Moorhead, Minnesota. Dolores worked alongside her husband Leo at L and L Electric Motors in Moorhead, Minnesota, where their partnership extended beyond home into their working lives.

She enjoyed bowling and spending time with family at the lakes, where many cherished memories were made. Her life was deeply rooted in care for others, and she was known for treating her neighbors like family, often running errands for them, caring for them in times of need, and providing home hair permanents in her kitchen.

She is survived by her loving family: children, Greg, DeeAnn, and Jon, along with her grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Leo; and her siblings.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Eventide Nursing Home and hospice for the excellent care and compassion provided to Dolores and her family during her final days.

A private graveside service for DoLores will be held in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Moorhead where she will be laid to rest in the Columbarium.
