David M. Davidson

David M. Davidson, 68, of Fargo, ND, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 7th, 2024, at Halstad Living Center and Heritage House in Halstad, MN.

David Michael Davidson was born March 6, 1956, the son of Eugene Davidson and Margie (Gorres) Forster in Amery, WI. He was raised in Moorhead, MN, and, being an independent sort, set out on his own at a young age. David worked at the American Crystal Sugar factory for 22 years and also spent several years working at the Dakota Boys Ranch thrift store.

He enjoyed fishing (especially at Bucks Mill Dam), playing cards (so many games!), biking (all over town), talking about grocery sales, and going to the casino (Dakota Magic and Shooting Star knew him well).

He is survived by his daughter, Amy Davidson, Fargo; stepmother, Ernie Davidson, Osage, MN; brother, Ben Davidson, Fargo; sisters, Rebecca (Ullrich) Reichenbach, Fargo, Janet (Dan) Harrington, West Fargo, Pat Ensrud, Fargo, Mary (Garfield) Hoglund, Fargo, Donna (Pat) Lavelle, Fargo, Judy (Scott) Ellison, Inver Grove Heights, MN, and Kathy (Kevin) Berreth, Fargo; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Davidson and Margie Forster, and his son Dylan Davidson.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM in Korsmo Funeral and Cremation Service, Moorhead, MN.
