Alline Kathryn Wright, 94, Moorhead, MN, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022, in her home.

Alline was born April 10, 1927, in Racine, MN, to Hans and Rose (Overkamp) Sievertsen. She was raised on a farm and graduated from Stewartville High School.

Alline married Robert "Bob" Wright on November 13, 1946, in Rochester, MN, and they started their family in Albert Lea, MN. In 1951, they moved to Fargo, ND, where Bob worked for Wilson Meat Packing Company.

They were active members of Peace Lutheran Church in Fargo; Bob in the men's club and Alline in Sarah Circle. Alline was a dedicated homemaker to her husband and three daughters, and a generous, caring friend to her whole neighborhood.

Her hobbies included sewing, gardening, and cooking. She did them all exceptionally well and loved sharing. When it came to grandkids, there was nothing she would not do to help them. You could always count on "Gramma Alline!"

Alline is survived by her daughters, Karen (Pete) Stupar, Monticello, MN, Shari (Dave) Yardley, Rochert, MN, and Donna (John) Villiard, Moorhead; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Donald Wright, New Mexico, and Alan Wright, Texas; two sisters-in-law, JoAnn Wright, Oregon, and Barbara (Carsten) Burros, Nevis, MN; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Robert, she was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Maxine; three sisters-in-law, and four brothers-in-law.

Visitation for Alline will begin at 12 PM, with a funeral at 1 PM, Monday, January 31, 2022, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead. Burial will be in Moorhead Memorial Gardens, Moorhead.
