Richard "Dick" Bouchie

Dick Bouchie of Moorhead, MN, died peacefully on November 12, 2019, at Bethany on 42nd in Fargo, ND.
Dick was born on October 21, 1945, to Richard and Vivian (Baldwin) Bouchie in Grand Rapids, MN, raised in the Trout Lake area, and attended school at Greenway in Coleraine, MN. He and Judy Andolshek were united in marriage on November 24, 1973. To this union, two children were added, Steven and Allison.
Dick worked in many different fields and in 1978 completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University. Upon completing his degree, he received a position in safety at US Steel and continued in safety until he retired from 3M in 2007. Most important to him was his love for the Lord Jesus Christ, his family, and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Steven (Anna) Bouchie; daughter, Allison (Jason) Pettys; grandchildren, Timothy Pettys, Alivia Pettys, Andrea Pettys, Adam Pettys, Krista Pettys, Marcie Pettys, David Pettys, Luke Pettys, Emily Bouchie, Lizzy Bouchie, Isaac Bouchie, Milly Bouchie, Suzy Bouchie, Joey Bouchie, Allan Bouchie, Brian Bouchie; brothers, Ron (Linda) Bouchie, Len (Kathryn Henke) Bouchie; sisters, Judy (Dana) Reddish, Gwendy (Durwin) Burtz; sisters-in-law, Terri (Rollie) Erickson, Jan Costello; brother-in-law, Richard (Cindra) Andolshek; 17 nieces and nephews as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at Meadow Ridge Bible Chapel, 2198 2nd Ave E, West Fargo, ND, on Saturday, November 16, 2019, at 1:00 PM. There will be a viewing from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM with a graveside ceremony following the service at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo.
