JoAnn Siegert

JoAnn Siegert, 84, Moorhead, MN, died Saturday, March 16, 2019, in her home.

JoAnn Siegert, the adopted daughter of Albert and Luella (Buck) Siegert, was born in Selfridge, ND, on July 17, 1934. She grew up and received her education in the Glyndon, MN, area, where she graduated from high school.

The family later moved to Moorhead, MN, and JoAnn worked as a sales clerk in the Moorhead Thrift Store. She had been a member of The Lutheran Church of Christ the King in Moorhead.

JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Gene, of Cheney, WA, who died in 2015; and a special aunt and uncle, Marcelle and Floyd Buck. She is survived by several cousins, including Laurie (Rick) Oberg of Moorhead.

Visitation will be from 4 - 6 PM, with a memorial service at 5 PM, Thursday, March, 21, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
