Clara Jane Gilbertson

Clara Jane Gilbertson, 76, of Moorhead, MN, died peacefully on December 6, 2017, in Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND.
Clara Jane Schleicher was born November 5, 1941, to Joseph and Salome Schleicher in Dillon, MT. She was the youngest of three children. On October 29, 1960, she married the love of her life, Jerome Clifford Gilbertson, in Webster, SD. Together they had four sons, that were the light of her life.
Clara enjoyed going to the casino occasionally and Big Top Bingo frequently. She enjoyed spending time with and spoiling her six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She adored and cherished her three cats, Jewel, Beans, and Pete. Clara will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome; parents, Joseph and Salome; two brothers, Charles and Junior; and one grandson, Dustin. She is survived by her four sons, Roger (Marvelyn) of Tea, SD, Gary (Mary) of Fargo, Bob (Trisha) of Glyndon, MN, and Bill (Mary) of Casselton, ND; 13 great-grandchildren; and five granddaughters.
Visitation for Clara is Monday, 5:30 PM until 7 :30 PM, with a service at 7 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead. Her funeral will be Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 2 PM, in Korsmo Funeral Chapel, Moorhead.
