Shirley Winje Doepke, 68, passed away November 13, 2015, surrounded by family in ManorCare Health Services, Fargo, ND.
Shirley graduated from Moorhead (MN) High School in 1965. She earned a degree from NDSU and worked at Job Service of Jamestown, ND, for 31 years. Over the last ten years she resided in West Fargo, ND, where she enjoyed running 5K races, shopping, the Olive Garden, and chocolate.
Preceded in death by parents, Vernon and Regina (Kabella) Winje, and dogs Tuna, Misty, Mananja, and Toby. Survived by husband, Rodney Doepke of West Fargo; brother, Wayne Winje of Moorhead; son, Steve Weixel of Minneapolis, MN; extended family members, neighbors, and friends.
A graveside service will be Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at 1 PM in Riverside Cemetery, Fargo.
