1) Our basic service charge includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with responsible party; preparation of necessary certificates and permits; placing of obituary in local newspaper; planning for service arrangements; and coordination of service with cemetery, crematory and others, as required. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility, such as insurance, maintenance, utility and depreciation expenses, administrative and secretarial expenses, and equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial and receiving and forwarding remains. This charge is non-declinable.

2) For service on a Saturday, add $80;
For service on Sunday, a holiday, or after 4 PM: add $160.00.

3) All automotive costs are for local trips only. For distances in excess of 33 miles, one way from our mortuary, an added milage charge will be made.

4) If you choose a funeral service where a rental casket is provided, the casket used for the funeral service may have been used in a previous funeral service, If the casket had been used in a previous funeral service, the interior lining has been replaced or thoroughly cleaned.
